Can I check the goods I received before I send it back?
We assume that the products you order from us will work perfectly in your business. However, we know that sometimes things can be different. Goods from our wholesale store should be checked each time after delivery. All comments must be made within 1 (one) business day from the moment of receipt of the order. You can check the purchased clothes without problems. Please note that goods to be returned must be free of dirt and other signs of use (such as odor). We also do not accept refunds from consumers who are your final customers.
Can I replace the goods I received?
Unfortunately, for technical reasons we do not have the opportunity to implement exchanges. If you want, for example, a different size or colour of a given product, you can place a new order by paying it immediately, and send the goods to be replaced to our warehouse as part of a contractual refund. The refund for returned products will be directed to the bank account indicated in the form or via PayU in the form of “cash-back”.
How can I return my order?
We provide our customers with one business day to return products. The return must be reported each time by contacting Customer Service Department at hurt@factoryprice.eu. After receiving the instructions and confirmation, the shipment must be sent to our warehouse address, 21 Future Street, 05-552 Łazy. Shipping must be processed immediately no later than the end of the next business day. After receiving your parcel, we will send you an email confirming the refund processing. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department.
At what time do I have to send back the goods I return?
You have one business day to return the goods from the moment of receipt of the package. If you give us a statement of withdrawal, then you have one day to send a return package. We know that the volume of daily affairs can make it difficult to send a return on time, so we always try to meet the expectations of our customers. Please note that until we receive the goods from your order, we will not be able to make a refund transfer.
Who covers the cost of transport with returned goods?
You can arrange the return of the goods on your own. Return cost according to Wholesale Terms and Conditions always cover the buyer. The amount of the charge for the return shipment depends on the transport company, which will carry out the transport of the goods.
Can I personally return the goods to FactoryPrice.eu warehouse?
Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, personal return of goods to our warehouse is not possible. We also do not have the opportunity to receive returns addressed to InPost parcel machines, postal establishments (such as Żabka, Freshmarket, Ręch kiosk) and subsidiaries of Poczta Polska offices. The only possibility of effective return is to send the parcel to the address of our warehouse, 21 Future Street, 05-552 Łazy. Importantly, we do not accept packages with cash payment on delivery.
When and how will the refund for returned goods be refunded?
After receiving the goods in the warehouse and considering the return, we order appropriate dispositions in the Financial Department. In the following days, we perform a refund of funds spent on the purchase according to the declaration in the return form. According to the Terms and Conditions, we have 14 days to fulfil the return, but we try to make this process as short as possible.
When will I receive my corrective invoice?
The correction invoice shall be issued on the same day as the refund is ordered. It will be shipped within 7 working days from the moment of issue. The invoice is sent to the email address assigned to the customer account. Please note that this document must be confirmed each time. All you need to do is write back “I confirm receipt of the corrective invoice and accept its content.”
What do I do if my return doesn’t reach the warehouse?
Shipments with returned goods are best sent to our warehouse with a registered parcel. If you notice that the transport takes too long, check the status of the shipment on the carrier’s website. If necessary, contact the delivery company and determine what happened to your package. Please note that until we receive the goods, we do not have the opportunity to refund the funds spent on the purchase.
Is the goods subject to warranty?
Wholesale excludes liability under the warranty for physical defects of the Goods (in accordance with Art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code). Thus, we do not guarantee products. The wholesale also does not accept complaints from consumers who are buyers of the Customer. If you receive a complaint about the goods that have been purchased from us, you must respond to the Consumer’s claims on your own.
